The human body relies on numerous

for healthy kidney includes white egg, sea bass,
Cranberries, onions, red grapes, turnips, radishes, skinless chicken, macadamia
nuts, arugula, blueberries, pineapples, cauliflowers, garlic, buckwheat,
cabbage, and more.
1. Blueberries- Blueberries are essential for the
human body as they are source of multiple vitamins and minerals, rich in
antioxidants, contain negligible amounts of phosphorus, potassium, and sodium
which are ideal for kidney health. These contain powerful antioxidant that is anthocyanins,
prevent diseases including kidney problems.
2. Cauliflowers- These are comparatively
